Economic Development Director Dave Heiar requests the City Council schedule a work
session to provide an overview of the Intermodal Center design concepts as soon as a
date is available, but no later than December 10, 2011.
I concur with the recommendation and respectfully request Mayor and City Council
select a date for the work session.

This memorandum is to request a work session with the Mayor and City Council to
provide an overview of the Intermodal Center design concepts as soon as a date is
available, but no later than December 10, 2011.
Neumann Monson Architects of Iowa City will present the proposed Intermodal Center
site plan, with 3 -D modelings for City Council input. The site plan and modeling have
been shared with adjoining property owners in the Millwork District.
