WHEREAS, the City of Dubuque entered into an Agreement with Plastic Center, Inc., a New York corporation, for the purchase of real property in Dubuque County, Iowa, described in the attached Warranty Deed and Correction Warranty Deed; AND WHEREAS, the terms ofthe Agreement have now been met.
