II of the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System.

City Manager recommending that a public hearing be set for May 2, 2005 to consider
adoption of a Cable Franchise Agreement.

creation of the Cultural Affairs Charitable Foundation of Dubuque, Inc. and approval of
Lease Agreement (with Draft Form of Commitment Letter, Articles of Incorporation and
