This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that an employee driving a City of Dubuque
Parking Division vehicle ran a red light and struck claimant's vehicle in the intersection of
Locust Street and Loras Boulevard.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
