City Engineer Gus Psihoyos is recommending acceptance of the construction contract
for the 2011 CDBG Access Ramp Installation Project, as completed by Skyline
Trucking & Storage, Inc., in the final contract amount of $32,320, which is a 5.0%
increase from the original contract amount of $30,767. The project increase was due to
additional work in order to meet the construction guidelines.
I concur with the recommendation and respectfully request Mayor and City Council
approval.
