7. Narrative Description:
Style /Year: 1 % Story Side Gable House built in 1848.
Physical Description:
1 1 /2 story 16'W x 24'L core, with 13'W x 24'L and 16' W x 12" L one -story additions. 6'W by 16' L Gable
front porch. There is a shed dormer located on the second floor to the rear.
Alterations:
One -story framed addition (504 sf) was added. Some windows have been modified to accommodate
awning windows. The structure has been sided with vinyl. Window casings have been wrapped with
aluminum. Original doors have been replaced with steel insulated doors.

Landscaping Notes:
The property is a double frontage lot with frontage on Roosevelt Street and Golden Eagle Drive. The
property slopes down from Golden Eagle Drive to Roosevelt. There is a large paved concrete driveway
and parking pad.
8. Narrative Statement of Significance:
The structure is sided with triple 3 vinyl siding, the soffit and fascia have been covered with aluminum
and the windows have been modified. The property retains little architectural integrity.
Historical Notes:
The property used to be address at 3251 Roosevelt. The address changed when the land around the
structure was developed into a residential subdivision and a new street was added.
