This is a claim for damages for personal injuries the claimant
allegedly suffered on a City bus when the driver hit the brakes to
avoid hitting two people who were crossing the street against the
light, throwing the claimant into a grab pole on the bus.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of
Iowa, the agent for the Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
