This is a claim for damages to the claimant's clothing, which
he alleges it sustained when a spring from a seat cushion at Five
Flags Center poked a hole in his trousers during a concert.
According to the report of Carole Barry, the claim is correct
as filed, and she recommends paYment. It is therefore the
recommendation of the Legal Department that this claim, in the
amount of $53.49, be paid by the Finance Director and submitted to
ICAP for reimbursement.

As we discussed, attached is a short recap of the circumstances surrounding
the Claim of Gary Ristow, stating that he tore his trousers on a spring protruding
from a seat cushion in the theater.
We would suggest payment of this claim in the amount of $53.49 for personal
clothing Joss, since he did report this at the time he says it occured. If you need
