Conversion and Downtown Traffic Analysis
City Manager recommending issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) to seek
qualified firms interested in providing professional services for the 9th Street & 11th
Street One -Way to Two -Way Conversion. This will also include a comprehensive
downtown traffic study.
