Dear Ms. Schneider:
As you know, we represent Tom, Lisa, and Willard Brimeyer in connection with their
applications for voluntary annexation, which were submitted to the City of Sageville. Due to some
procedural issues, the Brimeyers have filed Amended and Restated applications dated May 6,2005.
These applications replace their previous submissions dated April 19, 2005.
We are therefore informing you, pursuant to Iowa Code Section 368.7(3), on behalf of our
clients, and on behalf of the City of Sageville, Iowa, of the applications. We are also fonvarding
herewith the enclosed Notice of Annexation Applications and Public Hearing on Voluntary
Annexation Requests regarding territory to be annexed into the City of Sageville. Please be aware
that the public hearing on the April 19 applications (which was set for May 10,2005 at 6:30 p.m.)
has been canceled. The public hearing for the May 6, 2005 applications will be on June 7, 2005.
