7. Narrative Description:
This property is located in the Langworthy Historic District. Style/Year: c.1895-1900, Colonial Revival
style two-story frame gable front house (relocated property, post-1950, fits architecturally but is non-
contributing).
Physical Description: left hand side hall entry, full width hip roofed front porch with tapered round
columns, centered three-sided second story front bay with flanking shoulder single light windows, twin
attic front lights, two-story L wing. Entry has transom, raised stone foundation.
Landscaping/Setting: driveway to the south, garage in back of lot, slightly raised terrace setting, fronts
south.
8. Narrative Statement of Significance:
Building History: This house is not listed in any early directories and was moved onto the property in
September 1993. The 1950 updated Sanborn Map shows no house present on this parcel.
