The meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M. by Jack Papin, and announced that it was
being conducted in accordance with Iowa Open Meetings Law. Order of business was as
follows:
Minutes of last meeting read. Motion to accept made by Dan Harris, seconded by Harlan
Willenborg. All in favor of motion.
Meeting called for practical test for Andy Petitgout and Josh Bockenstedt.
Jack Papin questioned if staff did spot inspections on outside contractors as previously
requested. I said I did, and Harlan Willenborg concurred.
Both candidates failed the practical test.
Motion to adjourn made by Harlan Willenborg, seconded by Dan Harris.
Meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
