This is a claim in which claimant alleges that as he was riding his bicycle in the 1100
block of Elm Street, he moved to the right side of the roadway to negotiate the curve,
struck a storm drain and was injured after being thrown from his bicycle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
