The purpose of this memo is to request your signature on the tournament cart rental
agreement with Harris Golf Cars for 2012.
BACKGROUND
Occasionally, the Bunker Hill Golf Course hosts large golf events that require us to have
additional carts available for players beyond our fleet of 60 carts. These events may
require us to rent an additional dozen carts for a day or weekend from Harris Golf Cars.
Annually, Harris requires us to sign the contract /acknowledgement form if we plan to
rent carts at this reduced price for the upcoming season.

form must be returned prior to leasing any tournament cars for 2012. You may fax

I have read the letter from Harris Golf Cars dated Nov 15 2011 regarding the
leasing of tournament cars.
I understand that my price for tournament cars for the 2012 golf season is $29.00
per car per day plus any applicable fuel surcharge.
I have reviewed the guidelines for emailing, faxing, or calling my reservation to Harris
Golf Cars and understand that I will be charged a $50.00 fee if I change my reservation 5
days or less before the reservation date.
I understand that if accommodations are made by Harris Golf Cars to deliver a partial
load, I will incur a $5.00 per car extra charge for those partial loads.
I understand that if my course uses tape on the cars and does not completely clean it off,
we will be charged $15.00 per car for clean up costs.
If an event is rained out and the cars have been delivered, I will pay 1/2 price to help
defray the transportation costs incurred.
I understand that the course is responsible for all damages to the golf cars while on our
premises. This includes theft and vandalism while cars are not in use.
I have reviewed the gas surcharge fee and agree to pay the extra cost associated with
rising fuel and transportation costs.
