This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that a City sanitary sewer backed up near
claimant's residence located at 2542 Marywood Drive and caused damage to claimant's
basement walls, flooring, furniture and other miscellaneous items.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
