Narrative Description: Style/Year: 1 1 /2 Story Bungalow /Craftsman Cross Gable House built in 1925. The eaves are supported by brackets. The structure has rafter tails located on the front porch. Physical Description: 28'W x 26'L Core, 7'W x 12'L (80 sq ft) Gable Front Porch, 5' W x 6'L (30 sq ft) enclosed rear porch and 5'W x 8'L (40 sq ft) rear wood deck. Alterations: 1 Story Frame addition (40SF) addition was added to the rear. The structure is covered with aluminum siding. Window and door casings have been wrapped with aluminum. Building Permits: 1978 (January 16 Reside Single Family Dwelling 1982 (October 1 Reroof detached garage Outbuildings: Detached Framed 20'W x 20'L Garage (built 1950) Landscaping Notes: Property slopes down from alley at rear to Atlantic Street.
