Narrative Description: Style/Year: Two -Story Dutch Colonial Revival House built in c. 1912. The structure has a front gambrel roof with a full length, hipped -roof, front porch. Physical Description: 22'W x 24'L (528 sq ft) gambrel -roof, two -story core 8'W x 20'L (160 sq ft) one - story, open- framed, hipped -roof, front porch 22' W x 16'L (352 sq ft) one - story, flat- roofed, framed rear addition 4' W x 4' L (16 sq ft) one - story, open- framed, side porch with a shed roof Alterations: 1 Story Frame addition (352 sq ft) with a poured foundation was added to the rear in 1971. A shed -roof dormer was added to the north side of the gambrel roof in 1944. The front porch substructure appears to be replace with green treated wood. Private sidewalk/steps from public walk to front door. There is a large paved driveway that accesses the lot from English Lane. 8. Narrative Statement of Significance: The building retains most of its architectural integrity (original material and form). However, the property is surrounded by a 1950 development to the north, east, & south and a 1980 development to the west. It would not be classified as contributing to a historic district and does not appear to rise to a level to be individually eligible to be listed on the National Register.
