Physical Description: 35W x 24'L Core with a 4'W x 11'L bay located on the east side, 6W x 24'L One -story, open, framed front porch with hipped roof. Alterations: 1 Story Frame addition (44SF) Building Permits: 1955 (June 4 Repairs to front porch 1958 (November 3 Gas Burner Conversion 1960 (November 22 " Reroof Asphalt Shingles 1990 (March 28 Reroof Single Family Dwelling 1998 (August 13 Erect above ground pool 15' diameter Outbuildings: 20'W x 20'L Detached Frame Garage (built 1940) Landscaping Notes: The property sits on a terrace above W. 8 Street. There is a private sidewalk/steps that extend from the public walk along W. 8 Street. A wood stockade fences encloses the back yard. 8. Narrative Statement of Significance: The structure has masonite siding, portions of the soffit has been covered with aluminum. The window and door casings have been wrapped with aluminum.
