This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that due to a plugged storm sewer located
near Southern Avenue and Oeth Court, the basement of claimant's residence sustained
water damage.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
