SUBJECT: Barry Lindahl Recognition
Corporation Counsel Barry Lindahl and attorney Les Reddick delivered a lecture to the
Dubuque County Bar Association entitled "Recent Developments in Iowa Law:
Comparative Fault, Procedure, Torts, Evidence" in February of this year. The paper
was submitted to the Iowa State Bar Association for consideration for its annual
meeting. Barry Lindahl and Les Reddick have been selected to be speakers in one of
the sessions in Des Moines. The Bar Association is paying for Barry Lindahl's annual
dues for a year, in addition to providing complimentary lodging in Des Moines and
registration for the annual meeting.
This is a significant honor for the City and a recognition of Barry's many talents.
