Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as she was backing out of her City-
leased parking space at the West 9th parking lot, she backed over a large rock which
allegedly fell from the bluff, damaging the back passenger-side of her vehicle.
It is the recommendation of Parking Systems Supervisor Tim Horsfield to approve this
claim for the amount of the submitted estimate of $301.70. The Legal Department
concurs with this recommendation.
