SUBJECT: June 6th Tour of the Municipal Services Center
INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information regarding the tour by the
City Council of the new Municipal Services Center on June 6th.
DISCUSSION
The tour by the City Council is scheduled for 5PM on June 6th. Water Department
Manager Bob Green, Water Distribution Supervisor Mike Brekke, Street and Sewer
Maintenance Supervisor John Klostermann, Portzen Construction's Mike Portzen, Matt
Anderson, and Gary Schmitt, Kueny Architects' Jon Wallenkamp, and I will host the
tour.
We ask that Council members and staff drive into the facility's yard by its easternmost
Kerper Court driveway, proceed north along the main building's east side, and then park
on the asphalt lot on the building's north side. Entrance will be through the open north
doorway. Hard hats will not be required, since work will have ended for the day.
Cookies will be provided by the City Manager's office.
