WHEREAS, the Owner desires to engage the Engineer to provide professional services for the Site Selection Study and preparation of Environmental Analysis Document of the Intermodal Transportation Center to be located in Dubuque. WHEREAS, the accomplishment of the hereinafter described work and services is authorized by execution of this agreement between the Owner and the Engineer. NOW THEREFORE. SURVEYORS. jjw Amendment 2 — Intermodal Transportation Center Project PART I - SCOPE OF SERVICES SECTION A Shall be modified by adding the following sections: 6.0 MEETINGS AND COST ESTIMATES 1. Attend meetings per the request of the City to discuss funding opportunities or prepare for special meetings. 2. Prepare cost estimates for alternatives, evaluation of alternate project and construction schedules, and preparation of exhibits. 7.0 RENDERINGS, EXHIBITS, AND DOCUMENTATION 1. Preparation of renderings, site plans, and exhibits based on the request from the FTA during the review of the environmental document. The site plan and exhibit needed to demonstrate the height and character of the proposed intermodal center. • 2. Prepare additional documentation for the environmental document and feasibility study which had not been originally requested as part of the initial requirements. PART II - OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES This Section Shall Remain Unchanged. PART III — COMPENSATION SECTION A Compensation for item 6.0 of the Amendment 2 shall be $8,537.50 (Eight thousand five hundred thirty -seven dollars and fifty cents); Compensation for item 7.0 of Amendment 2 shall be $7,458.25 (Seven thousand four hundred fifty -eight dollars and twenty five cents). PART V - TERMS AND CONDITIONS This section shall remain unchanged. 2 Amendment 2 — Intermodal Transportation Center Project PART VI - APPROVAL IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have made and executed this agreement in triplicate counterparts, each of which shall be considered as an original by their duly authorized officers as of the date below indicated: EXECUTED BY THE OWNER THIS DAY OF , 2012.
