01. PUBLIC HEARING BRADLEY JO LAND LEASE
Dan Nicholson moved to go into Public Hearing on the Bradley Jo Land
Lease. This motion was seconded by Doug Brotherton. AYES: All.
NAYS: None. Staff provided an overview on the project. There was no
one present to speak for or against the lease. Dan Nicholson moved to
close the public hearing. This was seconded by Doug Brotherton. AYES:
All. NAYS: None. Doug Brotherton moved to approve Resolution A600-
2-2005 Decision Regarding Lease of Property. AYES: All. NAYS: None.
Dan Nicholson moved to adjourn. The motion was seconded by Doug
Brotherton. AYES: All. NAYS: None. Meeting adjourned at 12:14 p.m.
