To meet the 100 percent expenditure requirement by July 14, 2012, the City must spend an average of $12,998 per month. The City may request technical assistance to resolve any challenges preventing it from meeting expenditure requirements by submitting a request via the HPRP Virtual Help Desk on HUD's Homelessness Resource Exchange, at www.hudhre.info /hprp.
