PRESENT: Doug Brotherton, Steve Accinelli and Dan Nicholson
ABSENT: Teri Goodmann and Jim O'Neill

The meeting was chaired by Steve Accinelli who called the meeting to order at
12:05 p. m.
01. SELF FUELER
Dan Nicholson moved to approve Resolutions A1 000-1-2-3-2005 taking out
the Self-Fueler for bid, approving plan and specs and setting the public
hearing. This was seconded by Doug Brotherton. AYES: All. NAYS: None.
01. HERTZ LEASE
Dan Nicholson moved to go into Public Hearing on the Hertz Lease. This
motion was seconded by Doug Brotherton. AYES: All. NAYS: None.
Staff provided an overview on the lease term and status with Hertz. Hertz
has not returned the signed last page but it seemed to no problem. There
was no one present to speak for or against the lease. Dan Nicholson
moved to close the public hearing. This was seconded by Doug
Brotherton. AYES: All. NAYS: None. Doug Brotherton moved to
approve Resolution A800-2-2005 Decision Regarding Lease of Property.
contingent upon the review by Hertz. AYES: All. NAYS: None.
Dan Nicholson moved to adjourn. The motion was seconded by Doug
Brotherton. AYES: All. NAYS: None. Meeting adjourned at 12:11 p.m.
