PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE MOMENT OF SILENCE PRESENTATION National Trust for Historic Preservation: Dubuque Main Street Executive Director Dan LoBianco presented the 2011 National Preservation Honor Award for the Roshek Building Redevelop- ment to Mayor Buol and the City Council. Collective Bargaining Agreement - Dubuque Police Protective Association: City Man- ager recommending approval of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Dubuque and the Dubuque Police Protective Association for a two year period beginning July 1, 2012.
