Architectural Style And Key Stylistic Elements:
Vernacular two-story gable front frame side hall plan (single left side entry with transom). Narrow plan
allows for minimal fenestration on façade, unusual single lights on both front levels. Full-width hip roof
porch.
Physical Description:
38x16 core, 5x14 porch, side hall (left), transom, garage in rear, shed roof rear wing, stucco foundation
Alterations:
Porch posts (metal), asbestos/ composition siding, concrete porch base.
Building Permit Card:
1951-reside-owner: Charles Kruser-$250
Outbuildings:
None.
Landscaping Notes:
Driveway to the east, raised concrete curb, fronts north.

Could well be older than 1900, at least 1890.
John Schloz owns when sewered 1912.

L. Wittman builds house for $2,300 in 1907, but lives at 1065 15 (Telegraph-Herald, December 29,
1907). M. Brimeyer built house for $2,300, N. Penning, same, $2,600, (ibid.).
