Building Permit Cards: 1950-erect SF steel lustron dwelling-owner: Regina Gilmore-contractor: Wilson & Benedict, Inc.-$8000 Outbuildings: None Landscaping Notes: On high terrace, fronts north, long concrete steps approach, auto access via alley to northwest, stone retaining wall. 8. Narrative Statement of Significance: Dean and Regina Cooper purchased and assembled this Lustron house for rental purposes in conjunction with their plat development. Designer/Contractor: Lustron design, Wilson & Benedict, Inc. Historical Notes: This is one of three Dubuque Lustron pre-fabricated cottages. It lacks the optional matching garage.
