Physical Description: 20x26 core, 12x15 rear wing, attached garage wing to north Alterations: Resided, narrow aluminum siding, porch, doors replaced, wood fence obstructs view of house Building Permits: 1951-repairs 1958-re-sided 1959-same 1994-railings, posts, deck and steps Outbuildings: None Landscaping Notes: On sheer bluff ledge, ground plummets to west, lower level below grade 8. Narrative Statement of Significance: Historical Notes: Barbara Grings built a $1,200 house/cottage in 1905, directories then list her at 75 Madison (Telegraph- Herald, March 19, 1905).
