Narrative Description: Architectural Style And Key Stylistic Elements: Classical Revival style two-story cubic hip roof plan with offset dormers, pedimented, front offset bay, narrow hip roof porch. This is a second example of a gable front roof core with side gable front roof subsection (see 1990 Ellis), pedimented offset front wing set over bay. Physical Description: 30x24 core, rear porch, 6x24 full width hip roof porch Alterations: Resided, aluminum siding Building Permits: 1965-re-sided 1995-same Outbuildings: None Landscaping Notes: High terrace, deeper setback, open yard to the east, concrete stairs (two flights), concrete retaining wall 8.
