1. Nomination Papers for the candidates (5 sets)
2. Affidavit of Candidacy forms (stapled with nomination papers)
3. Candidate guides for the candidates (green)
4. Election Work Sheet to be filled out and returned to Auditors soon as possible (Yellow)
5. City Clerks Guide to City Elections
The first day to file will be August 15, 2005 in your offices and the last day to file is September
1,2005 at 5:00 p.m. You must then file the papers in the County Auditors office by 5:00 p.m. on
September 2 along with any public measures to be on the ballot. If you have any questions please give us
