Mayor Buol read the
call and stated this is a
special session of the
City Council to act
upon such matters that
may properly come
before the City Council.

were suspended allow-
ing anyone present to
address the City
Council.

the funding for

Creekwood Park but

Michalski, 1520 Altura
Street, addressed the
Transit Division budget
by asking Council to
monitor the transit
budget issues at the
state level so con-
tinued funding can be
secured to maintain
the recent success of
the City's transit
system.
Upon motion the rules
were reinstated limit-
ing discussion to the
City Council.
The City Manager
presented a slide
presentation and infor-
mation about the City
of Dubuque Fiscal Year
2013 Recommended
Budget.
Motion to adopt
