Dear Mayor Duggan and Members of the City Council,
I am requesting an extension for the request of sidewalk construction on Asbury due to an
anticipated closing and subsequent development by a Big Box retailer. We hope to close in the
next few weeks with development beginning inunediately following.
It would be cOW1ter productive to place a sidewalk, now, only to have it removed with
development next month.
