This is a claim in which the claimants allege that a City water main break which occurred
on January 23, 2005 in front of their home at 2367 West Street caused water damage to
claimants' yard.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
