Personal Injury
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as he was walking in front of 760 South
Grandview Avenue, he tripped on a raised portion of the sidewalk resulting in a broken
nose, deviated septum and a sprained wrist.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
