Personal Injury
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that his son was assaulted in a cave located
at 8th & Hill Streets. The cave is located within the bluff area, and has an iron gate at the
entrance. Claimant states the gate does not completely block the entrance to the cave.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa. the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
