Thank you for the opportunity to work for the City of Dubuque. My experiences as a
legal intern this summer have helped me to grow as both a legal professional and as a
person.
In addition to the wonderful time I had working for the City, I also enjoyed my time
interacting with the warm and friendly people of Dubuque.
I hope you continue to offer this internship in the future. It has played a dramatic role in
shaping my future as an attorney and it provides an excellent opportunity for both the
