01. JACKSON LEASE
Dan Nicholson moved Resolution A1200-1-05 to set a Public Hearing on
the Jackson Concrete Pumping Inc Land Lease. This motion was
seconded by Doug Brotherton. AYES: All. NAYS: None. This property
will be located in the Airport's Commercial Park near the Bradley Jo
Charter leasehold.
02. SELF FUELER
Doug Brotherton moved to rescind Resolution A1000-1-2005 Preliminary
Approval of Plans and Specifications for the Self Fueling Project. The
motion was seconded by Dan Nicholson. Bids received were over
estimate and there were no offers for the fuel truck trade-in. The Assistant
City Attorney advised that all bids should be rejected and rebid with
modified specifications. AYES: All. NAYS: None.
03. SELF FUELER REBID
Dan Nicholson moved Resolution A1300-1, 2 and 3, 2005 Preliminary
Approval of Plans and Specifications, Fix Date of Public Hearing and
Order Bids for the modified self fueling system. This motion was
seconded by Doug Brotherton. AYES: All. NAYS: None.
