SUBJECT: Highway 20 Bridge
I have spoken with Iowa Department of Transportation District Engineer Dick Kautz
about the design plans for the Highway 20 Bridge Project as it enters Dubuque. There
are several aesthetic issues that are a part of the project.
Mr. Kautz is willing to attend a City Council Work Session to review the aesthetic design
issues.
I would propose suggesting the following possible dates to lOOT for the Work Session:
Monday, September 19 at 5:00 p.m., followed by a dinner at 6:00 p.m. prior to
the City Council meeting
Monday, September 12 at 6:30 p.m.
Monday, September 26 at 6:30 p.m.
If you are willing to schedule a work session, please let me know which dates would not
work for you.
