Revision to Section 44-201/44-202 CITY OF DUBUQUE, IOWA MEMORANDUM January 28, 1999 TO: Michael C. VanMilligan, city Manager FROM: Bob Green, Water Department M~~~ SUBJECT: Revision to Section 44-201 (a) and Section 44-202 INTRODUCTION: The purpose of this memorandum is to submit to you a copy of a proposed ordinance change for your review and approval. The ordinance change would revise paragraph (a) of Section 44-201 fixing water rates for residential and industrial use and Section 44-202 fire sprinkler service of the Code of Ordinances. DISCUSSION: It has been recommended in our budget request for FY '00 that a 1% rate increase be implemented. The old and new rates are shown on the following pages.
