Older Workers Employment Week Proclamation .' . . :j/; C;; ~ ~ WHEREAS, today our Nation relies more than ever on the active involvement of citizens 55 years old or older. I called the City Clerk's office and was told to write a note to you. Older Workers Week is March 14th to March 20th this year. I am enclosing a copy of the proclamation from 1995, which sounded pretty goodto me if you would like to use it again. Also enclosed is some information about Senior Employment. Thanks in advance for your help. The public needs to be reminded from time to time that workers over 55 are a valuable part of our workforce. If you have any questions for me, please call my Senior Community Service Employment office 319-582-0902.
