1. Approval of minutes from meeting of April 6, 2012
Motion by Takes to approve the minutes of April 6, 2012. Seconded by Schilling. Motion
carried 2 -0.
2. Request to schedule an entrance examination Golf Course Supervisor
Motion by Takes to approve the take -home exam and allow the Personnel Manager
flexibility in setting the application deadline date and exam date for when the
development of the test is complete. Seconded by Schilling. Motion carried 2 -0.
3. Establish the passing point for the entrance position Public Safety Dispatcher
(exam date April 24)
Motion by Schilling to set the passing score for the position of Public Safety Dispatcher
at 86% as recommended. Seconded by Takes. Motion carried 2 -0.
4. Establish the passing point for the position of Police Officer (exam date April 14)
Motion by Takes to set the passing score for the position of Police Officer at 80% as
recommended. Seconded by Schilling. Motion carried 2 -0.
5. Establish the passing point for the entrance position of Natural Resources and
Sustainable Practices Specialist (exam date May 1, 2012).
This issue was not acted upon as results had not been received.
