meeting to order at 4:08 pm.

Review and Certification of Minutes of 27 March 2012 Commission Meeting
Commissioner Holz moved to approve the minutes. Commissioner Root seconded.
Commissioner Woods abstained. All others present in favor. Motion passed.
Correspondence /Public Input

Public Hearing: To Receive Public Comment on PHA Annual Plan
Commissioner Holz moved to open a public hearing. Commissioner Root seconded. All others
present in favor. Motion passed. No public comment received. Commissioner Holz moved to
close public hearing. Commissioner Root seconded. All others present in favor. Motion passed.
Commissioner Holz moved to approve PHA Annual Plan. Commission Culbertson seconded.
All others present in favor. Motion passed.
Old Business
Report from Subcommittee: Housing Commission Goals
David explained that the subcommittee updated the previous document calling it a Status Report
and also developed new 2013 goals. Commissioner Culbertson would like to more trainings for
Commissioners. Commissioner Root moved to accept. receive and file Housing Commission
Status Report Goals 2012 and FY 2013 Goals. Commissioner Schwendinger seconded. All
others present in favor. Motion passed.

Complaints Received
Commissioners received a summary of the complaints the Housing Department has received
since the last meeting.
