This is a claim in which claimant alleges that when City of Dubuque police responded to
his rental unit at 1297 Belmont for loud music, forced entry was used to gain entrance
causing damage to the door.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
