The residents of Marjorie Circle would like to request a Residential Parking Permit District to be
established and added on the restricted parking permit already in place for Amy Court and Lucy Drive.
Residents on Amy Court and Lucy Drive would like to make a change to their parking permit district to
be as follows.
Residential Parking Permit required, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. during school days only.
Please see the attached petition for the homeowners on Marjorie Circle. The petition boundary includes
residents from the corner of Pennsylvania and Marjorie Circle, to the corner of Amy Court, where the
influx of vehicles parking takes place during school hours.
Amy Court and Lucy Drive boundaries are already established.
We the homeowners are requesting the above permits, to make our neighborhood, a safer, cleaner
environment for our families.

dwelling unit, and only vehicles with a permit shall be allowed to park curb side in the
district between the hours identified above and as identified by City Council. (The
annual fee is subject to change by City Council action).
