ACTION ITEMS ' Retail • Single -Use Plastic Bag Reporting Ordinance (fhird Reading, Tabled from April 16, 2012 meeting): City Manager recom- mending that the request for a plastic bag reporting ordh nance be withdrawn. It is further recom- mended that - av voluntary system of plastic bag reporting be established through the end of 2013 and that there be an extension of all the target dates by one full year. The Phase 1 goal would move from July 1, 2013, to July 1, 2014, and the other target dates would also be extended.
