To: Mayor Duggan and fellow City Council Members
Dear Sirs or Madams:
We the business residents of Flinthill Dr. in Dubuque, petition that it be posted, that there be
no semi parking on this street. The trucks are a hazard to our customers/clients, as the
result of reduced or even zero visibility entering and exiting the street, which is exceedingly
busy during the day. Many times these semi's are on both sides of the road, reducing it to
one lane traffic. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter. Below please find
the signatures of the owners/managers and employees of the businesses on Flinthill Dr.
