Dear Mayor Duggan and Members of the City Council:
I am writing in regard to a letter received from the City of Dubuque (8-17-2005)
addressing sidewalk installation on my property at 998 June Drive. The letter states that I
am in need of sidewalks along part of my property. I currently do not have sidewalks as I
am the last lot on the block. My lot is bordered by a farm, therefore would not warrant a
walk to adjoin the neighboring property, as it would simply dead-end into the farm fence.
Please reconsider the need for the sidewalk on the above mentioned property for both
functional and aesthetic reasons. I look forward to hearing from you. I can also be
