The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 7 has reviewed the City of Dubuque's submission
of a Collection System Management, Operation and Maintenance Program. The CMOM Program was a
required submission under the terms of the Consent Decree entered into by the City, the State of Iowa
and the United States on June 27, 2011.
Pursuant to Part VII of the Consent Decree, the EPA approves the City's CMOM Program submission.
As such, the City must perform all actions required by the Program in accordance with the schedules and
requirements of the Program, as approved.
